Our client is a member organisation promoting a two way investment and trade between Australia and the United States, serving the business community across APAC and Australia with national offices across Australia. Giving members access to communities of interest, policy advice, business advocacy, thought leadership and relationships and information with government and business.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Member Services, you will manage the CRM, data integrations, marketing reports, and strategic data use. Responsibilities include:
  • Enhancing and maintaining the IMIS database, managing data processes and systems
  • Ensuring data integrity and management, focusing on data cleansing
  • Managing data imports and producing queries and reports for fundraising activity
  • Advising on data workflows and relevant digital marketing tools
  • Reviewing analytics and delivering targeted data for campaigns

Skills Required
  
You have experience in data administration or data management and will be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong project management skills and commitment to accuracy
  • An understanding of member organsations or membership services
  • Proficient in translating data requests into clear requirements
  • Collaborative and consultative with solid communication skills
  • Knowledge of IMIS database preferred
