The Role
  
You will proactively support the advancement leadership team and assist the advisory boards with complex administration tasks. Responsibilities include:
  • High quality documentation preparation, including writing reports, papers and presentations
  • Interpret and source data to provide recommendations, using available databases and data sets
  • Provide support for monthly budget reviews
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate records in the CRM and oversee compliance responsibilities
  • Coordinate briefings and itineraries for international and domestic engagement visits, and resulting communications and reports
Skills Required
  
With a background in senior administration or executive assistant roles, you will be able to demonstrate:
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent technical skills and experience working with CRM’s
  • Commitment to applying relevant procedures and policies
  • Familiar with working alongside education, alumni or fundraising teams
  • Capability to meet project deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Building strong relationships with boards and academics
