The Organisation
  
A philanthropic climate foundation focused on advancing climate action across East, Southeast, and South Asia (excluding India and China). With a team of over 40 experts, the foundation collaborates with partners to accelerate energy transition and champion climate action. It acts as a grantmaker, working with aligned philanthropists, a convenor fostering networks between businesses, civil society, and governments.

The Role
  
Reporting to the Head of Institutional Partnerships and supporting the strategic partnerships team with administration tasks. Responsibilities will include:-

Assist with proposal development, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Maintain funder records and grants documentation
  • Awareness of donor deadlines, ensuring deliverables are tracked, completed, and communicated on time
  • Update lists, schedules and spreadsheets for the partnerships team
  • Compile required research and content, prior to submitting reports


Skills Required
  • Strong attention to detail, administration and project management experience
  • Professional business writing and communication skills to work with global teams
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel, and CRM software (Salesforce is desirable)
  • Proficient in understanding and presenting financial data
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, remote work with across time zones
