The Role
Working with the fundraising and marcoms teams, you will support marketing campaigns with a focus on acquisition, retention and appeals across various revenue streams. You will also be responsible to:
- Execute direct mail and digital marketing campaigns
- Liaise with external agencies regarding donor-centric communication and marketing activities
- Assist with preparing performance reports and present donor metrics to stakeholders
- Create impactful communications and manage data for targeted outreach
- Appropriately track campaigns and appeals in Raisers Edge
Skills Required
- Experience working in not-for-profit organisations, within fundraising or marketing teams
- Expertise across offline and online channels, including direct mail, digital marketing, email, telemarketing, and SMS
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Mailchimp, to confidently undertake data analysis and segmentation
- Skilled in copy writing and creating effective communication tools
- Highly organised and results-driven, with strong attention to detail
