They deliver a range of support for young people, including crisis accommodation and housing services, alcohol and other drugs counselling, life skills and employment programs, cultural support and community engagement.

The Role

Working with the fundraising and marcoms teams, you will support marketing campaigns with a focus on acquisition, retention and appeals across various revenue streams. You will also be responsible to:
  • Execute direct mail and digital marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with external agencies regarding donor-centric communication and marketing activities
  • Assist with preparing performance reports and present donor metrics to stakeholders
  • Create impactful communications and manage data for targeted outreach
  • Appropriately track campaigns and appeals in Raisers Edge


Skills Required
  • Experience working in not-for-profit organisations, within fundraising or marketing teams
  • Expertise across offline and online channels, including direct mail, digital marketing, email, telemarketing, and SMS
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Mailchimp, to confidently undertake data analysis and segmentation
  • Skilled in copy writing and creating effective communication tools
  • Highly organised and results-driven, with strong attention to detail
