The Organisation: 
  
A philanthropic climate foundation focused on advancing climate action across East, Southeast, and South Asia (excluding India and China). The foundation collaborates with partners to accelerate energy transition and champion climate action. It acts as a grantmaker working with aligned philanthropists and a convenor fostering networks between businesses, civil society, and governments.

The Role
  
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role provides daily support for human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations by handling HR processes and general HR administration. Responsibilities include;
  • Involvement with tracking and reporting of HR KPI’s
  • Support audits and reporting requirements for funders, regulators, and partners
  • Arrange accommodation bookings, flight and relocation for new starters
  • Assist with benefits coordination and payroll administration including for new starters and leavers
  • Undertake work permit and visa renewals and applications
  • Assist with recruitment, training and workshops

Skills Required
  
You will be excited about being involved with a climate related organisation that is fast growing and dynamic, and be able to demonstrate the following skills;
  • Previous experience in HR/office administration, ideally in the non-profit, NGO or climate sectors
  • Experience in systems administration, with demonstrated use of ATS and HRIS
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and administrative best practices preferably at a regional level
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, with a second Asian language being an asset
  • Demonstrable experience of posting and managing online advertisements and recruitment platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a mission-driven and fast paced environment
