The Role
Reporting to the Chair and the Chief Operating Officer, you will:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chair
- Work closely with the Chair and Chief Operating Officer in responding to current needs and planning future work, events, actions, meetings, as required
- Ensure the smooth running of the Office, responding to any incoming correspondence, visitors, emails and enquiries
Skills Required
You will have high level experience as an executive assistant supporting at Chair or CEO level, ideally with an understanding of faith-based organisations and be able to demonstrate:
- Senior level executive support and administration experience
- Excellent ability in the use of technology along with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project management, collaborative teamwork ability and the skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to prioritise competing workloads and to meet deadlines
