The Role
Reporting to the Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to requests and sourcing documentation from stakeholders
- Lodging and monitoring applications via the database
- Tracking email enquiries and supporting the Team Coordinator
- Assisting with enrolments, supporting assessment processes and recording data
- Maintaining comprehensive records of application documentation, progress and communication
- General administrative support to the Team
Skills Required
You will have administration experience, ideally with a background from health or education related organisations and be able to demonstrate:
- Skills at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Administrative ability, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with database and process management
- Ability to prioritise competing workloads and to meet deadlines
