The Organisation

Our client has been a registered NDIS service provider for almost fifty years, assisting people with a disability with the purpose of supporting and connecting people to every opportunity available. They provide services to participants and employees across various operational areas.

The Role
  
Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, this role involves providing coaching, support, training and operational HR expertise to the employees and managers. You will also be responsible for;
  • Maintenance and drafting of organisational wide HR Toolbox guidelines
  • Schedule regular audits to ensure HR compliance is met
  • Conducting education sessions and short training sessions
  • Ensuring performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner
  • Leadership and innovation within Health and safety requirements

Skills Required
  
You will have at least 3 years’ experience as a HR generalist with strong HR administration and HR business partnering experience within the not for profit sector, and be able to demonstrate:
  • Ability to learn new systems, with a good level of Excel and CRM skills
  • Previous HRIS knowledge required
  • Knowledge and understanding of grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Experience of managing employment offers and contracts, including onboarding and induction
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and self-discipline
