The Role
  
Working alongside the senior leadership team, your will be responsible to manage incoming information and communication within the CEO’s unit, and provide:-
  • High-level support to the CEO, including travel and diary management
  • Strengthen accountability and relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external
  • Oversee administrative functions, including Board and committee reporting processes
  • Assist with delivering strategic and operational plans, maintaining effective communications

Skills Required
  
You will have experience of working within a not-for-profit or higher education environment and be able to demonstrate:-  
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in Board and committee support, and undertaking project management tasks
  • Excellent communication, document preparation and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Integrity-driven, with the ability to monitor budgets and finance
