The Organisation

Our client is a non-profit community organisation who specialise in home and community based support services for frail aged people, people with a disability and their carers, across south west Sydney and surrounding areas. They offer a range of services which improve health outcomes and quality of life for people of all cultural backgrounds.

The Role
  
This role is to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines and documents, predominantly in relation to aged care and disability services standards. Duties will include:-  
  • Responsible for assisting and coordinating all external reporting obligations
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure integrity of client feedback, complaints and service standards
  • Focus on quality improvement processes, including all data and reporting
  • Interpret documents and disseminate information to internal and external stakeholders


Skills Required
  
You will have experience of working within QA compliance programs and able to contribute to the establishment, review and continuous improvement of policies, practices and processes. With a thorough understanding of disability and aged care services, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and be able to work autonomously and to deadlines. Previous experience of working within the not for profit sector is essential.
