Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for working at project level to represent the organisation in alignment to strategic goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

The Role
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for working at project level to represent the organisation in alignment to strategic goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate all activities associated with projects
- Provide support to the State Manager
- Ensure smooth running of processes and systems
- Provide communication to all stakeholders
- Develop methods of project execution and delivery
- Ensure project deadlines are met
- Evaluate project performance
- Provide reports
- Track budget, activities, progress
- Undertake project tasks as required
Skills Required
You will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role or within architecture, residential building, aged care building or commercial building.
- Demonstrated understanding of building principles, regulations, and requirements
- Relevant tertiary education
- Understanding of NFP sector would be advantageous
- Good understanding of budgeting and reporting
- Proven success in developing effective collaborative partnerships with stakeholders of all levels
- Highly developed computer literacy skills
- Adaptable to change, with an ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
