- Flexibility to work either 3, 4 or 5 days per week
- 3 to 6 month contract, with potential temp to perm opportunity

The Role
You will report to the Manager of Service Planning and be responsible for undertaking customer service, administration and scheduling across the organisation’s services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Help to develop Individual Support Plans for current and prospective members
- Ensure all documentation meets member, organisational and compliance requirements
- Track, analyse and report on member progress toward goals and outcomes
- Work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Schedule suitable support workers to member requirements
Skills Required
You will have a background in customer service and scheduling, ideally with knowledge of NDIS/NDIA and hold:
- Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities in a high-volume work environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proactive customer service skills supporting delivery of outcomes and exceeding expectations
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Familiar with payment plans and able to confidently manage budgets
