The Role
Reporting to the Head of Clinical and Support Services, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational support to the national helpline team and this will include:
- Oversee rosters, and staff training and development
- Review appropriate policies, programs and procedures across the team
- Complete data collection and analysis of outcome measures for project evaluation and reporting
- Monitor risk management on a daily basis ensuring critical events are appropriately documented
Skills Required
You will have a background in social work or mental health and be able to demonstrate:
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Expertise in the management of service delivery and implementation of guidelines and standards
- An ability to lead and mentor counsellors and supervisors
- Previous experience in a mental health or case management environment
