As a leading organisation within their field, our client represents people living with eating disorders and body image concerns, alongside the family, friends, and communities that support them. They operate a national helpline and have recently committed to the development of Australia’s first virtual outpatient program.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Clinical and Support Services, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational support to the national helpline team and this will include: 
  • Oversee rosters, and staff training and development
  • Review appropriate policies, programs and procedures across the team
  • Complete data collection and analysis of outcome measures for project evaluation and reporting
  • Monitor risk management on a daily basis ensuring critical events are appropriately documented

Skills Required
You will have a background in social work or mental health and be able to demonstrate:
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Expertise in the management of service delivery and implementation of guidelines and standards
  • An ability to lead and mentor counsellors and supervisors
  • Previous experience in a mental health or case management environment
