The Organisation

Our client aims to improve the early management of acutely ill and injured children in Australia through training and education of health care professionals.  A fully incorporated, not-for-profit organisation founded in 1997, which currently facilitates over 130 courses a year for more than 2,500 health care professionals, expanding each year.

The Role
  
Reporting to CEO, you will be responsible for:
  • Taking minutes at various sub-committee and board meetings, and disbursement accurate minutes
  • Database management and reporting, using Hubspot CRM
  • Diary management for CEO
  • Ad hoc general administration tasks
This role offers variety and responsibility.  The ideal candidate may have a background in not-for-profit or health, but most important is your ability to communicate well, and your warm and professional attitude.


Skills Required
  
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant, with the following attributes:
  • Excellent phone manner, comfortable with follow up and booking meetings
  • Highly experience in taking and disbursing minutes
  • Confident in speaking with members of groups and boards
  • Experienced in creating smart business documents and presentations
  • Sharp eye for detail and organisational skills
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Hubspot or Salesforce database experience
  • Personable and professional attitude
  • Covid vaccination
