The Role
  
Reporting to National Strategic Partnerships and Impact Manager, you will be responsible for:
  
  • Creating, implementing, and enhancing project management plans
  • Researching and presenting data
  • Analysing and interpreting requirements
  • Overseeing contract management processes
  • Ensuring consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Contribute to the process of collecting and analyzing data
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Design meeting agendas
  • Take accurate and detailed meeting minutes

Skills Required
  
You will be an experienced Project Officer or Research Assistant, ideally within the NFP sector, and have:
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational change programs
  • Expertise in high-level project management, qualitative and quantitative research, and analytical skills
  • Experience writing and translating complex reports and presentations
  • knowledge, understanding, and deep respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures
