The Role
  
Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Formulating a project plan for implementing, monitoring, and integrating the Women's Housing Frameworks
  • Conducting an in-depth analysis of the Framework's application and identifying areas for improvement
  • Design and deliver high-quality training and capability initiatives to support the community housing team
  • Evaluate and revise policies and procedures
  • Foster meaningful relationships with essential stakeholders and partners

Skills Required
  
You will be an experienced Project Manager, ideally within the NFP sector, and have:
  • Qualifications or experience in Training and Assessment
  • Experience in change management highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in quality and compliance
  • Knowledge and awareness of womens issues and issues surrounding homelessness
