The Role

- Formulating a project plan for implementing, monitoring, and integrating the Women's Housing Frameworks
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of the Framework's application and identifying areas for improvement
- Design and deliver high-quality training and capability initiatives to support the community housing team
- Evaluate and revise policies and procedures
- Foster meaningful relationships with essential stakeholders and partners
Skills Required
You will be an experienced Project Manager, ideally within the NFP sector, and have:
- Qualifications or experience in Training and Assessment
- Experience in change management highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in quality and compliance
- Knowledge and awareness of womens issues and issues surrounding homelessness
