Our client is a non-for-profit organization providing world-class animal healthcare and wellbeing services – regardless of the financial circumstances of the carer.

They have a talented team of vets and nurses across two locations in Victoria, offering a broad range of high-quality animal health and welfare services with a breadth of experience that’s hard to rival.

The Role
Reporting to the Fundraising and Donor Relations Manager, this role will focus on database management and donor care. You will also be responsible for:
  • Processing donations through Raisers Edge CRM
  • Managing compliance surrounding bequest payments and regular giving donations
  • Generate reports and lists for campaigns, mailings, and financial reporting
  • Handle all donor queries through telephone, email and online
  • Attend events and collaborate with community fundraisers

Skills Required
You will be an experienced fundraising administrator / officer within the NFP sector and have:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in providing administrative support to fundraising teams
  • Experience in working with fundraising CRMs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
