The Role
Work closely with the leadership team and provide administration support ranging from reception to EA to office manager duties and this position is responsible for:
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence and liaise daily with the leadership team
- Undertake administration duties for key team members
- Assist with presentations and regular reporting requirements
- Other executive assistance and organisational support as required
Skills Required
The successful candidate for this role will have experience working as a senior administrator or executive assistant within a non-profit setting, and will also display:
- Professional communication style and excellent interpersonal skills
- Capacity to be proactive and work well under pressure and within tight time frames
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe, Publisher and PowerPoint
- Sound understanding of the social services or community sector and communicating with people facing challenging circumstances
