Our client is a high profile charity NFP organisation focused on transforming the lives of disadvantaged youth and their community’s future. They deliver a range of support for young people, including crisis accommodation and housing services, alcohol and other drugs counselling, life skills and employment programs, cultural support and community engagement.

The Role
Reporting to the Director Organisation & Capability, this role will be focused on developing projects to promote culture and capability. You will also be responsible to:
- Support the completion of projects that meet organisational objectives in accordance with project plans
- Develop content for training courses in collaboration with the Learning and Development team
- Produce supporting material for projects
- Establish deliverables and activities for projects
Skills Required
You will ideally have previous experience of working within non-profit organisations. More importantly your abilities will include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or extensive experience
- The ability to plan, monitor, and evaluate projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
- Experience in working collaboratively with wider teams
