The Role

Seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Executive Director in engagement initiatives, project management, and donation solicitations on an as-needs basis. You will also be responsible for the management of the ED's prospect and donor records, analysing data sets, and providing reports, presentations, and insight. An ideal candidate will maintain service delivery teams' seamless working relationships and handle relationships with senior alumni, donors, volunteers, and industry executives.

Skills Required
  • Understanding of prioritising and actioning sensitive requests
  • Possession of an appropriate tertiary qualification
  • Skill in coordinating complex projects
  • Ability to navigate complex relationships with culturally and socio-economically diverse stakeholders for positive outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience working with complex CRMs to manage tasks and workflow
