The Role

This role is the primary support for the Executive Admin manager and Director of Global Integrated Marketing. You'll play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly while liaising with the Communications and Marketing team. To communicate with internal and external stakeholders in this role, good judgement and professionalism are essential. To guarantee that these leadership positions can successfully manage their many obligations, you will need to offer outstanding administrative and executive assistance.

Skills Required
  • Organize and supervise administration duties of Executive office
  • Experience in senior executive support
  • Manage diary, enquiries and correspondence
  • Prioritize and handle sensitive requests
  • Preferably have Tertiary qualification
  • Analytical skills and understanding of Executive office processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
