The Role

- Email and diary management
- Secretarial and administration support to the organisation
- Assist in reviewing policies, procedures and compliance
- Filing staff records accurately and ensuring legislation and organisational standards are met
- Minute taking for important board meetings
Skills Required
You will be an experienced administrator ideally within the NFP sector and have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently to drive organisational outcomes
- Commitment to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
