The Role

The Direct Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing effective direct marketing campaigns for fundraising initiatives. The objective is to balance net revenue, long-term supporter loyalty, and return on investment across multiple segments, products, campaigns, and avenues to inspire ongoing support.

Skills Required
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Highly organized with great time management and attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically in MS Office
  • Prior experience in similar role with familiarity of the non-profit sector
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Sensitivity to cultural and gender differences, commitment to equality and diversity
