The Role
The ideal applicant for this position will be responsible for:
- Processing donations and managing receipts while exhibiting confidence in speaking with contributors over via phone and email
- Reconciling accounts and generating reports for the finance department
- Preserving database integrity and relevant administrative duties related to donations
- Provide general administrative assistance and support initiatives related to communication
Skills Required
You will need to have:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about working in the non-profit sector
- Have a current police check, and experience in fundraising and donation processing
