The Role
Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible to:
- Ensure the delivery of quality recruitment processes to enable the organisation to attract, develop and retain employees of choice
- Enhance and review best practice HR policies within compliance requirements
- Guide, advise and support managers, supervisors and the CEO in people management areas
- Review induction, onboarding and training opportunities in line with strategic objectives
Skills Required
You will have previous experience in a non-profit environment, health or aged care and hold:
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, ability to influence and collaborate diplomatically
- An ability to provide strategic leadership and operational management in relation to HR functions
