The Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer you will be working as part of the Marketing & Communications team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Generate engagement from new donors through online events and campaigns
  • Create organic social media content that will encourage participants to share their experiences
  • Manage effective liaison with senior management, marketing, and events teams
  • Produce regular reports on marketing activities
  • Day-to-day management of external stakeholders, suppliers and strategic business partners
  • Ensure all duties and activities are carried out with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Skills Required
You will have previous experience of working on fundraising events and campaigns, ideally within the NGO sector and hold:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience ideally in large-scale fundraising events
  • Experience in managing and delivering multiple and concurrent events from end to end
  • Adept project management skills
  • Strong administrative background including customer service and CRM knowledge (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience in content management and basic website functionality
  • Creative flair for design and concepts
