The Role

- Providing administrative and operational support for recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Interpreting, implementing, and providing advice on workplace policies and procedures.
- Record, update and maintain training records.
- Assisting staff with any employee relations queries.
- Providing HR support to key projects.
Skills Required
You will be an experienced HR Advisor / Business Partner, ideally with a background in the not-for-profit sector, and have:
- Experience working as an HR Generalist or experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of various HR systems and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, building relationships with internal staff and stakeholders.
