The Organisation

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation focused on safeguarding national standards and frameworks. 

The Role
  
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing highly skilled administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors. You will also be responsible for:
  • Diary management on behalf of the CEO
  • Attending high level meetings with the CEO, Board Members, and Key Stakeholders
  • Coordinating the team, Committee, and Board meetings including minute-taking and maintaining action items
  • Preparing documents, presentations and reports for external meetings
  • Maintaining and filing confidential records into appropriate databases and folders

Skills Required
  
You will have demonstrated experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting at a senior/executive level ideally within the non-profit sector. You will also have:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional written communication skills including drafting and formatting documents
  • Proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent high-level internal and external stakeholder relationships skills
