The Role

- Diary management on behalf of the CEO
- Attending high level meetings with the CEO, Board Members, and Key Stakeholders
- Coordinating the team, Committee, and Board meetings including minute-taking and maintaining action items
- Preparing documents, presentations and reports for external meetings
- Maintaining and filing confidential records into appropriate databases and folders
Skills Required
You will have demonstrated experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting at a senior/executive level ideally within the non-profit sector. You will also have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional written communication skills including drafting and formatting documents
- Proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent high-level internal and external stakeholder relationships skills
