The Role
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager and working closely with other team members, you will be responsible to:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, respond to enquiries and process transactions
- Maintain financial records and liaise with inter agency and government departments
- Update the client database in accordance with client payments
- Assist with new client admissions in line with referral and benefits procedures
- Collect, collate and report monthly statistics, including petty cash reconciliation
Skills Required
You will ideally have worked in a NFP environment and hold:
- Sensitivity to issues surrounding individuals’ health and treatment
- Accurate data entry skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding of community-based or health related organisations
- Experience in Rekon, MYOB or other accounting software
- Proven ability to handle client enquiries via phone, online and face to face, including responsibility for cash handling
