The Role
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager and working closely with other team members, you will be responsible to:
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, respond to enquiries and process transactions
  • Maintain financial records and liaise with inter agency and government departments
  • Update the client database in accordance with client payments
  • Assist with new client admissions in line with referral and benefits procedures
  • Collect, collate and report monthly statistics, including petty cash reconciliation

Skills Required
You will ideally have worked in a NFP environment and hold:
  • Sensitivity to issues surrounding individuals’ health and treatment
  • Accurate data entry skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of community-based or health related organisations
  • Experience in Rekon, MYOB or other accounting software
  • Proven ability to handle client enquiries via phone, online and face to face, including responsibility for cash handling
