Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the board and senior management team, you will be responsible to:
- Support the Board, Audit, Risk and Compliance Committees through creation and distribution of reports
- Assist with company secretary duties and governance coordination
- Work closely with the Finance and Business Manager on senior administrative tasks
- Office management duties including coordinating meeting agendas and liaising with suppliers
- Undertake the role of system administrator for key central policy and legal processes
- Be the first point of contact for members and the organisation as a whole
You will have experience in procedure and process management in a professional environment, either in a governance, legal or secretariat function and hold:
- Board coordination experience, including providing support for a company secretary
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and competing deadlines, with effective senior stakeholder engagement
- Advanced levels of Outlook, Microsoft office – Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint applications
- Exposure to operating in the NFP sector, in a senior administrator or executive officer role
