Passionate in providing the highest quality information and support services as well as driving world class research into the cause, treatment and management of heart disease.

The Role
Reporting to the CEO, your role will be varied but critical in supporting the CEO & other board members. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Email and diary management including scheduling and setting up meetings and appointments
  • Secretarial and administration support to the organisation
  • Assist in reviewing policies, procedures and compliance ensuring they are in line with governance outlines
  • HR functions such as on-boarding employees, filing staff records accurately and ensuring legislation and organisational standards are met
  • Minute taking for important board meetings

Skills Required
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant ideally within the NFP sector and have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems and databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to drive organisational outcomes
  • Commitment to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
