The Role
Reporting to the CEO, your role will be varied but critical in supporting the CEO & other board members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Email and diary management including scheduling and setting up meetings and appointments
- Secretarial and administration support to the organisation
- Assist in reviewing policies, procedures and compliance ensuring they are in line with governance outlines
- HR functions such as on-boarding employees, filing staff records accurately and ensuring legislation and organisational standards are met
- Minute taking for important board meetings
Skills Required
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant ideally within the NFP sector and have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently to drive organisational outcomes
- Commitment to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
