Our client is a member owned not-for-profit company providing marketing and research & development services for the benefit of Australian farmers.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will assist with office administration activities. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Referring enquiry calls and emails to the appropriate internal staff member
  • Manage travel arrangements, set up meetings and organise catering for staff, directors and committee members
  • Support the finance team with general reconciliation tasks
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Skills Required
Ideally, you will be an experienced Administrator with experience in the NFP sector and have:
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills particularly in Excel & Word
  • Ability to work closely with external and internal stakeholders
  • A collaborative working style
