Our client is a leading Australian charity with a long history in strengthening and supporting communities through financial & wellbeing assistance during hard times.

The Role

Reporting to the Fundraising Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be working alongside the fundraising team to maintain and optimise data management practices. Duties will include:
  • Effective marketing to various companies utilising EDM’s, SMS and push marketing
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records on the CRM
  • Work with internal fundraising team to develop trends and growth areas
  • Reporting and analysis of data from the CRM

Skills Required

You are an experienced CRM Administrator with working knowledge of MS Dynamics (or similar CRM) and ideally have an understanding of fundraising and campaigns. Together with confident communication skills and hands on experience, you will have:
  • Experience developing and implementing customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent problem solving and organisation skills along with the ability to multitask
  • Understanding of marketing strategies utilising MS Dynamics or similar
  • Attention to detail that enables you to analyse large volumes of data
  • Previous exposure to the not-for-profit sector is preferred but not essential
