The Role
Reporting to the Development Manager, you will increase donor retention through delivering fundraising campaigns to potential and current donors as well as increase revenue from active and lapsed supporters. Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Develop and implement fundraising campaigns and appeals across multiple channels
  • Create compelling content for all direct marketing channels
  • Conduct segmented analysis on various aspects of fundraising campaigns and appeals
  • Optimise database systems to achieve efficiencies in campaign rollouts
  • Update the client relationship management database

Skills Required
Ideally, you will be an experienced fundraising or donor relations officer and hold:
  • Tertiary qualifications or experience in business, marketing, fundraising, communications or related
  • Experience of writing copy for direct mail and email
  • Strong IT skills particularly in Excel, data management skills for campaign rollouts and evaluations
  • Ability to work closely with external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred
