The Role
  
Reporting to the Fundraising and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to ensure accuracy of data records in the existing CRM (iMIS), prior to the migration to Salesforce. Duties include:
  • Assist with a large volume of data to input into iMIS
  • Support the data migration process from iMIS to Salesforce
  • Monitor data accuracy and ensure privacy compliance of donor records
  • Working with the testing team to ensure integrity of Salesforce data
  • Provide feedback on any data issues to troubleshoot
Skills Required
  
You will be an experienced data entry officer, with fast, accurate keyboard skills and hold:
  • Ability to read and interpret complex data records
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM’s iMIS and Salesforce
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment
  • Ability to be a team player by demonstrating proactiveness and being solutions-oriented
  • Commitment to high quality, timely and accurate output
