The Role
Working closely with the fundraising and marketing teams, you will be responsible to:
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with supporters and donors
  • Perform reception and office administration duties as required
  • Record transactions and respond efficiently to supporter queries and requests
  • Support the fundraising team to develop strategies for improved supporter engagement
  • Maintain data integrity of the CRM Salesforce
Skills Required
You will be an experienced supporter or donor relations officer, with a background in the not for profit sector and hold:
  • Experience in administration and customer service positions, both online and face to face
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, building relationships with volunteers, supporters and donors
  • Experience maintaining CRM databases, specifically Salesforce
  • Commitment to creating accurate records to help produce relevant analysis and reports
  • Understanding of fundraising revenue streams
