The Organisation
  
Our client is an animal welfare organisation, focused on ensuring all animals under direct human influence are treated with respect, empathy and understanding. They work to reveal suffering, rescue animals and protect them and also develop sustainable projects and campaign for education, alongside providing sanctuaries for rescued animals.

The Role
  
Reporting to the Supporter Relations and Database Manager, you will be responsible to:
  • Be the first point of contact for donors via phone, email and online social media
  • Manage printing and distribution of a high volume of outgoing mail to supporters
  • Facilitate lead conversion through digital media channels
  • Train, schedule and manage volunteers
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records

Skills Required
  
You will be an experienced customer service / administrator in the NFP sector and hold:
  • Understanding of supporter journeys, and maintaining databases
  • Knowledge of various fundraising revenue streams
  • Experience of data entry and receipting of financial transactions
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally with a wide range of people
  • Experience using CRMs, including Salesforce
