The Role
Reporting to the Supporter Relations and Database Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Be the first point of contact for donors via phone, email and online social media
- Manage printing and distribution of a high volume of outgoing mail to supporters
- Facilitate lead conversion through digital media channels
- Train, schedule and manage volunteers
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
Skills Required
You will be an experienced customer service / administrator in the NFP sector and hold:
- Understanding of supporter journeys, and maintaining databases
- Knowledge of various fundraising revenue streams
- Experience of data entry and receipting of financial transactions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally with a wide range of people
- Experience using CRMs, including Salesforce
