The Role
Working within the Fundraising and Communications team, you will be responsible to:
- Coordinate individual giving fundraising programs and campaigns
- Ensure a data-driven approach for decision making, with emphasis on donor research, acquisition and retention
- Manage and monitor annual budgets, including expenditure tracking, forecasting and performance reporting
- Developing middle donor growth and legacy programs
- Assist with the strategic plan for the development of fundraising goals, including using relevant digital channels
Skills Required
You will have previous fundraising experience, alongside a passion for animal welfare and also possess:
- Knowledge of fundraising revenue streams, including individual giving, bequests and regular giving
- Ability to identify and leverage opportunities via the stewardship program
- Experience using CRMs in a fundraising environment, ideally Salesforce
- Previous management of donor engagement activities
- Demonstrated experience developing effective supporter relations strategies
