The Role
  
Reporting directly to the Data and Business Insights Manager, you would be responsible for:
  • Performing data entry and data cleansing duties, and organising information in consultation with database officers
  • Maintaining policies, procedures and data integrity, including security and functionality
  • Assisting with compliance related to privacy and security, plus implementing processes for data protection
  • Working to ensure data processes and solution delivery are completed in an accurate and a timely manner
  • Ensuring best practice for data management to enhance and enrich data analysis


Skills Required
  
You have experience in database management, ideally from a non-profit organisation and also be familiar with data cleansing. You will be able to demonstrate:- 
  • An ability to support the ongoing development and maintenance of Raisers Edge database and work with other platforms such as Mailchimp
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working to meet project deadlines, and be keen to learn about and share any industry trends
  • A strong aptitude in relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders
  • An understanding of data warehousing and analytics
