The Role
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible to:
  • Drive donor retention and acquisition campaigns to support the goals of the organisation
  • Develop best practice end to end supporter journeys that facilitate connection between stakeholders
  • Work with external agencies to create and implement telemarketing campaigns
  • Manage the bequest program to achieve targets and nurture prospective relationships
  • Lead the supporter services team to ensure excellence in donor care and engagement

Skills Required
You will be an experienced senior fundraising coordinator from the not for profit sector and have:
  • Understanding of bequests, appeals, direct marketing and telemarketing
  • Knowledge of donor retention and acquisition campaigns
  • Ability to develop strategic and innovative solutions to achieve goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Data driven and with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
