The Role
  
Reporting to the CEO and working within a small steering group and senior members of the team, you will be:
  • Responsible for design and development of a program to be provided to students through to pilot phase
  • Mapping critical flows within program design and development, identifying suitable resources
  • Utilising project management skills to deliver the project on time and aligned with strategic goals
  • Facilitating and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders


Skills Required
  
With a background from either the education or non-profit sector, you will be have experience working with young people and:
  • Hold a track-record in program design and implementation of programs with social impact
  • Proven ability to take ideas from concept to a developed practical program
  • Experience in delivering projects on time and within agreed goals
  • Proficiency in design skills, focusing on attaining optimal results within timeframes
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills with external stakeholders
