The Role
  
Reporting to the Executive Manager of People & Culture, you will be responsible for:-
  • Providing prompt general HR assistance and support to employees
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering strategic sourcing and attraction processes
  • Maintaining relationships with employees and key stakeholders, advocating positive behaviours and culture
  • Ensuring statutory and accreditation requirements are met in all policies and procedures
  • Remain at the forefront of changes and interpretations of enterprise agreements, awards and policy


Skills Required
  
You will ideally have relevant tertiary qualifications with experience in a similar human resources position and:
  • Be familiar with recruitment, learning & development and performance management processes
  • Ability to identify, prioritise and manage multiple projects with competing demands
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and HR specific databases
  • Ability to provide and maintain quality service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working in the not for profit sector
