The Role
  
Work closely with the leadership team and provide support ranging from reception to EA duties, this position is responsible for:
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence and liaise daily with the leadership team
  • Undertake administration duties for key team members
  • Assist with presentations and regular reporting requirements
  • Other executive assistance and organisational support as required


Skills Required
  
The successful candidate for this role will have experience working as an executive assistant within a non-profit setting and will also display:
  • Professional communication style and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to be proactive and work well under pressure and within tight time frames
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe, Publisher and PowerPoint
  • Sound understanding of the social services or community sector and communicating with people facing challenging circumstances
