The Organisation

Our client is a well-respected organisation offering advice and support to the education, health and well-being sectors. They are looking for an experienced project officer to facilitate the delivery of their programs, across various partners and community groups. This is a temporary position working for up to 6 months.

The Role
This broad project related role incorporates the delivery of mental health and aged care programs. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, duties will include:-
  • Responsible for all project deliverables to reflect key outcomes, in line with annual goals
  • Provide regular project reports and analysis of information related to agreed contracts
  • Build relationships with agencies and external providers in response to current community issues
  • Ensuring project deliverables are within the designated time period and funding specifications

Skills Required
You will be an engaging project officer and have the ability to work efficiently and autonomously. You will have experience in working with government and non-government stakeholders, plus a sound understanding of project management techniques, ideally from the health or education sector.

Tertiary qualifications are required from the aged care sector, mental health and wellbeing, education or social sciences and you will have an understanding of and commitment to human rights for all members of our communities.  You must be able to start work immediately.
