The Role
  
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures ensuring they are consistent, relevant and applied
  • Coordinate the recruitment process meeting staffing needs for quality, quantity and timeliness
  • Provide expert HR advice on organisational policy matters
  • Develop and coordinate staff events, meetings and other relevant activities
  • Coordinate work activities for staff relating to employment, compensation and workplace relations


Skills Required
  
Ideally you have experience from disability or community sectors and are familiar with non-profit organisations. Additionally you have:
  • Professional Qualifications in HR or another appropriate field
  • Experience in recruitment, performance and reward management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver results to deadlines
  • Specific experience of working with ER and IR policies
  • Knowledge of Disability Service Standards
