The Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, you will be responsible for:-
  • Organising and coordinating office operations and procedures
  • Human Resources administration, including managing personnel records
  • Administration of research grants, including tracking, schedules and follow up
  • Manage the compliance register, adding new items, following up on items due and completed
  • Contribute to quarterly board reports and monitor operational project goals and direction

Skills Required
You will ideally have an Office Manager or Business Operations background in the not for profit sector, and:
  • Understanding of membership or health focused organisations
  • Effective communication skills, dealing with contractors, suppliers and senior management
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance procedures
  • Proven experience with HR policies and procedures, alongside payroll administration
  • Intermediate experience in Xero or equivalent accounting software
