The Organisation

Established Melbourne based social enterprise delivering health services to vulnerable communities across Victoria.

The Role

Reporting into the Executive General Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with a small team to plan, develop and undertake evaluations of programs across the organisation. These evaluations will be used for the purpose of monitoring progress, assessing benefits and identifying areas of improvement.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and reviewing evaluation processes and tools
  • Assisting with developing documentation 
  • Supporting and designing implementation surveys 
  • Identifying existing data and data collection opportunities to measure performance against frameworks
  • Engaging with key external stakeholders to support evaluation activities
  • Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you:

As the successful candidate, you will have solid experience in designing and conducting program evaluations, ideally within the health sector. Additionally you can demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in program evaluation including undertaking monitoring, evaluating and researching responsibilities
  • Ability to interrogate data and interpret information rapidly and accurately
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders
  • A current clean Victorian Drivers Licence
  • A willingness to undertake or present a valid WWC and Police Check
  • A commitment to undertaking the contract and successfully seeing it through to the end.
