Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Not-for-profit organisation based in the Inner Suburbs of Melbourne. Opportunity to support an organisation focused on environmental sustainability. 

The Role

You will jump straight into this 8-week contract position and play a leading role in supporting all Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities across Melbourne. 

Reporting directly into the P&C Manager, you will take the lead on:

• The coordination of recruitment projects across a range of disciplines
• Securing and maintaining work ready talent pools
• Conducting on-boarding days for new staff
• Effectively managing resignations and internal staff changes
• Maintaining employee care and conflict resolution
• Running contract negotiations and employee benefit schemes
• Assisting the P&C Manager with ad-hoc recruitment activities.

Skills Required

This role would suit an immediately available Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist with a not-for-profit background. 

Specific skills, experience and qualifications required include:

• Proven experience managing high levels of resourcing demands within project environments
• The ability to successfully manage different talent pools 
• Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously, while consulting and collaborating as needed
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement; ability to influence and collaborate diplomatically
• Degree qualified in Human Resources Management, Business or Human Psychology is highly desirable
• Flexibility to start immediately both on-site and WFH.
