- The coordination of recruitment projects across a range of disciplines
- Securing and maintaining work ready talent pools
- Conducting on-boarding days for new staff
- Effectively managing resignations and internal staff changes
- Maintaining employee care and conflict resolution
- Running contract negotiations and employee benefit schemes
- Assisting the P&C Manager with ad-hoc recruitment activities.
This role would suit an immediately available Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist with a not-for-profit background.
Specific skills, experience and qualifications required include:
- Proven experience managing high levels of resourcing demands within project environments
- The ability to successfully manage different talent pools
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously, while consulting and collaborating as needed
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement; ability to influence and collaborate diplomatically
- Degree qualified in Human Resources Management, Business or Human Psychology is highly desirable
- Flexibility to start immediately both on-site and WFH.
