Our client is a university with a strong focus on practice orientated education, with links to industry, the professions and the community. Based in central Sydney, this is a temporary contract working for approx. 3 months alongside the advancement team.

This administration focused role is responsible for processing the received pledges and donations, ensuring communication is clear and concise to the major gifts team. Specific responsibilities include:
Skills Required
You are an experienced Raisers Edge user and have the ability to administer complex financial information. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate effectively with senior internal stakeholders and you will be able to work to strict deadlines. You have a general understanding of fundraising and an interest in working for an educational institution and be able to commit to a 3 month contract.

The Role

- Administration of the gifts via Raisers Edge database
- Liaise with the advancement and finance team re any pending gifts
- Ensure donations are uploaded correctly and payment terms confirmed as per guidelines
- Build internal relationships with different faculties, research and scholarship departments
