Our client is a large animal focused not for profit that has a history in caring for and advocating on behalf of animals. Their aim is to enhance responsible ownership of animals in all our communities.

The Role
  
This role is responsible for providing friendly and informed interaction with supporters and the general public. This is via email, phone, mail and online.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Updating and maintaining information in the fundraising database (Raisers Edge)
  • Process donations from supporters accurately and effectively
  • Supporting the delivery of the donor care management plan
  • Assisting with generating regular fundraising reports
  • Work closely with the fundraising team on various administration tasks

Skills Required
  
You are an experienced supporter services or donor relations administrator, with an understanding of CRM, including Raisers Edge. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience of working with not for profit organisations is preferred and you must be able to start immediately and commit to a part time 2 month contract.
